During my stay, I appreciated how easy it was to reach nearby parks like Sheep Hills Park and the various dining options such as Pizza Studio, making my weekend explorations relaxing and enjoyable especially with friendly staff who were always willing to assist.

Great Stay with Convenient Amenities

I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe King Room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The service was friendly, and I appreciated having access to Starbucks coffee in the bar. For a bite, the a la carte breakfast menu provides convenient options, but expect a wait during peak hours. Safety improvements in the shower area would be a nice touch.

It was just a good match for a brief pause in Laguna Hills with extraordinarily good value for money. The check-in staff was friendly and eager to help, despite being in training. If noise bothers you, avoid rooms on the first floor near the lobby.

The breakfast staff was exceptionally sweet and made the mornings enjoyable. The sound insulation in the room was impressive, allowing for a good night's sleep despite the close proximity to I-5. However, the front desk clerk refused to accept cash without a hefty deposit, which was disappointing given my loyalty to the hotel in the past. Additionally, the jacuzzi was out of service, and overall, the place felt dated compared to newer options nearby.
